Order Cancellation Policy
At Lockout India, we value all of the designs and specifications we create. If you do not like the product, have a space limitation, or wish to purchase another product, you may only cancel your order under the following situations and in the following manner:
1. Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
- You can cancel any product purchase at any time before it is dispatched by calling our customer care number +91-9999656979 and choosing the ‘cancel order’ option from your registered mobile number.
- All payments will be refunded for cancellations made before a Dispatch Attempt, according to Lockout India’s return policy.
- A confirmation call will be made before dispatch. After this call, the customer cannot cancel the order.
2. Cancellation at the Time of Delivery
- If the product has a defect, you have the option to return it at the time of delivery. The item will be replaced at no cost to you.
- It is not possible to cancel an order if there is no damage or manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
3. Post-Delivery Cancellation
- It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been delivered.
- We ensure that the product you order is the product delivered to you.
Note: No cancellation charges will be applied or deducted from the paid amount if you cancel your purchase before Dispatch.
Refund Policy
At Lockout India, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund will only be applicable if the product is damaged or different at the time of delivery.
- Refund against manufacturing defect only.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, must be included.
- Please note: Customized, made-to-order, clearance, or sale items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Refund will only be applicable if the product is damaged or different at the time of delivery.
- Contact our customer support team to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Note: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive the returned product and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
- Refund will be processed within 7 days.
- Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Amount
- Refund will be equal to the purchase price paid for the product, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs.
- Restocking fees may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition, is missing accessories, or shows signs of use or damage.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support team immediately.
- We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
- Please provide photographic evidence to help facilitate the claims process.
Important Note
Once the product is delivered to the customer, we will not accept any cancellation or replacement requests. Only the warranty will be applicable on the product.
