Instructions For Use<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Switch \u201cOFF\u201d the circuit breaker handle
2. Place the lockout over the handle
3. Tighten the set screw by hand, rotate the toggle
4. Apply a lockout padlock
5. Make sure the switch is completely locked out and cannot be energized until the lockout device<\/em> is removed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
